MuniPRO users can create Notes and attach them to any section of any publication within the code library. This article will show you how to add, view, edit, and delete notes.

Add a Note
- Log in / navigate to your Dashboard
- Find and review the desired Code using MuniPRO Search or the code library
- Click Add Note (pencil icon) next to the portion of code you are interested in
- Enter your Note into the Add your note here text box
- Format the display of the text using the Text and Paragraph Formatting tools, if desired
- Toggle the Visibility of the note from Private to Public, if desired
- Note: The Public Note feature is only available to Admin users and can only be used with your municipality. Public Notes are most frequently used to add external links to other documents.
- Click Add Note
- A confirmation message will appear
- Note: Click Close or the X to exit the confirmation message.
- Your note has been saved to the code and your Dashboard
View Your Notes
- Log in / navigate to your Dashboard
- Scroll down to the Recent Notes section
- Click Manage
- Select Public, Private, or All to narrow or expand your notes list, if necessary
- Note: All is the default option.
- View your Notes
Edit a Note
- Log in / navigate to your Dashboard
- Scroll down to the Recent Notes section
- Click Manage
- Select Public, Private, or All to narrow or expand your notes list, if necessary
- Note: All is the default option.
- Click Edit (pencil and paper icon) next to the desired note
- Edit the text of the note in the text box, if desired
- Change the display of the note using the Paragraph and Text Formatting tools, if desired
- Toggle the Visibility of the note to Public or Private, if desired
- Click Save and Close to save your changes and exit the note, or click Save to save your recent changes and continue editing the note
- Your note has been edited and saved
Delete a Note
- Log in / navigate to your Dashboard
- Scroll down to the Recent Notes section
- Click Manage
- Select Public, Private, or All to narrow or expand your notes list, if necessary
- Note: All is the default option.
- Click Delete (trash can icon) next to the note you wish to delete
- Click Delete? to confirm the deletion
- Note: Click Cancel to leave the Note as-is.
- Your note has been deleted
