To delete one or more proposed changes within any Proposal:
- Select the "2. Document Creator" link in the green Propose toolbar.
- Scroll down to the "PROPOSED CHANGES" portion of the Document Creator dialog.
- Select the trash icon to the right of the white card that reveals the proposed change you want to delete.
- An alert will activate asking you if you're sure you want to delete the proposed change. Select "Cancel" to return to the dialog, or "Okay" to proceed. Although deletions of nodes/levels in live mode are recoverable, proposed change deletions may not recoverable.
- Once a proposed change is deleted,
-
- the redlines disappear and the language reverts to its last "Live" state;
- the pencil to the left of the node in the Table of Contents disappears, unlocking the node's ability to once again be edited by users in Live mode.
