Online Code Hosting & NextRequest Integration

The Online Code Hosting and NextRequest Smart Link integration is a light integration between our Online Code Hosting (formerly MunicodeNEXT) and NextRequest solutions. With this integration enabled, users can quickly and easily search for previously requested public records within your NextRequest portal.

This article will show you how to use the Online Code Hosting and NextRequest Smart Link integration.

 

Important Notes

  • To use this integration, your organization must have an Online Code Hosting instance and our NextRequest solution.
  • Please contact our Support team to set up this integration. Support will link your online code and NextRequest portal.

 

Search your NextRequest Portal from the Code Library

  1. Navigate to your online code

  2. Enter the desired search term(s) into the Search or jump to box and press Enter on your keyboard

  3. Click the Search Public Records Requests link

  4. You will be directed to your agency's NextRequest portal where previously submitted records requests can be viewed

    Note: Your linked portal may appear different from the one depicted based on your agency's configurations.
