A LISTSERV is a mailing list software application that allows users to send one email to a list of email addresses. Our IMLA Attorney LISTSERV connects municipal attorneys so they may share information and collaborate. To sign up for the IMLA Attorney LISTSERV, provide your first name, last name, email address, organization, and a brief description of your background in municipal law on the IMLA ATTY-LIST LISTSERV sign-up form.
After you have signed up, you should introduce yourself to the list. A request for this introduction will be sent to you upon sign-up. We suggest you provide the local government you represent and the topics you are interested in.
Use the LISTSERV
You can email the LISTSERV to connect to over 700 members to ask for sample ordinances, pose questions, or gather insights from your peers. Once registered, you may also log into the LISTSERV archives at any time to search past messages.
