OrdBank is a permanent ordinance repository and gateway for you to communicate with constituents between supplementation. With the OrdBank solution, newly adopted legislation will be posted online in between supplements. Upon the completion of your supplement, the ordinances will be linked in your history notes and stored in your OrdBank Repository. This article will show you how to view your OrdBank permanent ordinance repository.

- OrdBank is an add-on feature. If you are interested in having access to the OrdBank service, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for more information.

View Ordinances by Year
Ordinances are permanently stored online in the OrdBank repository and filed in annual folders that can be accessed within your code library.
- Navigate to your online code
- Select Browse individual ordinances (gavel icon)
- Select the desired year
- Select an ordinance from the list
- View a PDF of the ordinance
Notes:- Ordinance PDFs can be searched, shared, downloaded, and printed.
- Click the Details tab above the document to see additional information about the meeting and a link back to the public meeting detail page, if applicable.
View Recently Adopted Ordinances That Are Not Yet Codified
The Adopted Ordinances Not Yet Codified list includes all legislation sent to Municode/CivicPlus since the last update (printed or electronic) to the Code of Ordinances. The listed legislation has been enacted but has not yet been codified. Once ordinances have been supplemented, they no longer appear in the Adopted Ordinances Not Yet Codified area.
- Navigate to your online code
- Select the desired ordinance from the Adopted Ordinances Not Yet Codified list
- View a PDF of your recently adopted but not yet codified ordinance

Use History Notes to View Codified Ordinances
At the end of each code section, you will find an ordinance history note, which lists the underlying ordinances for that section. The ordinances are listed by number, section (if applicable), and year. OrdBank creates one-click access to every ordinance via linked history notes.
- Navigate to your online code
- Use the Search or jump to Box or the Table of Contents to locate the desired portion of the code
- Navigate to the history note for the desired portion of the code
- Select the ordinance hyperlink
- View a PDF of your adopted and codified ordinanceNotes:

- Click the Details tab above the document to see additional information about the meeting and a link back to the public meeting detail page, if applicable.
